Swedish Massage
This style of massage is meant to completely relax the entire body by soothing the muscles in long, gliding strokes and utilizing a variety of other calming techniques. If you are looking for a restorative experience that recharges your sense of wellbeing, this is it.

Prenatal
Prenatal massage focuses on the comfort and special needs of a mother-to-be. While her body is going through dramatic changes, this modality of massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Aromatherapy Massage
A customized aromatherapy massage that assimilates the best of Swedish massage with natural essential oils to address your individual needs and respectively energize, calm, detoxify or de-stress you.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but with a deeper pressure that is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The techniques used in this massage focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. Besides relaxation, benefits of deep tissue include increased range of motion, strengthening of muscles, and also provide an acceleration in the healing process by working to release muscle tightness.

Hot Stone
Our therapists will soothe sore, aching muscles using an ancient technique that combines classic massage strokes with warmed river-smoothed stones. Uniformly heated, these varying sizes and weights of rocks become massage tools as they are pressed firmly over the length of problem areas. Hot stone massage calms muscle spasms and significantly reduces muscle fatigue by melting away tension.
